Minneapolis Cider Company is a craft beverage manufacturer in the heart of Minneapolis.  We strive to create approachable ciders and other beverages that also push the boundaries of taste and quality. We are expanding our distribution areas and increasing our packaging needs. We are looking for a self-motivated person to help meet our production goals. This position will be focused on growth and efficiency while maintaining high levels of quality throughout the packaging process. This is an excellent opportunity for you if you are excited about the world of craft beverages and looking to be on a growing production team. This position is full-time (40hrs/wk) with the expectation that you will be able to work 5 days per week.

What you'll do:

  • Assist with all aspects of packaging: case packing, canning operations, pasteurizing, cleaning, as well as other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Preparing packaging equipment for efficient daily operations.
  • Assist Warehouse team in other areas as needed.

Who you are:

  • Experience with forklift operation
  • Have an interest cider or craft beverages
  • Warehouse experience
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Able to stand 8 hours per day, with designated breaks
  • Able to safely lift 30-50 lbs
  • Have open availability during weekdays

Bonus points if:

  • Forklift Certified
  • Valid Driver's License and willing to operate 26ft box truck.
  • You are interested in gaining knowledge and advancing your career into greater roles and responsibilities.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Flexible
  • 8 hour shifts between 7am - 7:00pm

Pay is $19.00 - $20.00 per hour to start, depending upon experience, with plenty of advancement opportunities.
